GHOST® CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN COOKIES RECIPE

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 cup Unsalted Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Scoop GHOST® WHEY or VEGAN V2 "CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES" Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 3. Whisk together the eggs, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- 4. Fold in the protein powder, baking soda, and salt. This mixture will be thick!
- 5. Fold the chocolate chips in.
- 6. Scoop and form into 2 inch balls on cookie sheet leaving plenty of room for cookies to spread while baking.
- 7. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool for 10-15 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
