ORDER QUESTIONS

We understand that mistakes can happen during the excitement of ordering. If your order has not yet been fulfilled for shipment, we can make the following changes:

  • Swap the color or size of an item/items
  • Update your shipping address
  • Cancel the order
  • Apply a discount code to your order

Our products can be returned within 15 days of delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was delivered within the last 15 days.
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.
  • You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from ghostlifestyle.com.

We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.
Sample packets are final sale.

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

Unfortunately items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Stuff happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.
